I set an appt for Thursday morning. A driver was sent to retrieve my truck 30 hrs ago. Communication was terrible. I could not reach Ted, Ted's manager, or the General Manager. I have been told that the warning light that keeps coming on ( Service Safety Restraint System ) was not diagnosed or fixed.Ted Stated "There is nothing they can do" I was patient for over a day without communication and repeated attempts to get ANYONE on the phone. I called the dealership on a car that they had for sale, I was given one price of 46,000 from one sales manager, then another price from somebody else for 51,000 I called them out on it.
