Service Department was wonderful. Timothy was my service provider and he was extremely professional and kind. Explained the parts I would need and kept me up to date on the vehicle’s status. My car is over provider and he was extremely professional and kind. Explained the parts I would need and kept me up to date on the vehicle’s status. My car is over a decade old, and finding parts is a bit of a struggle. He sympathized with me and even offered a discount for the delay (which was by no means his fault). Can’t speak for the car dealership, but I love and trust the GMC verified service!! More
