Two weeks since the deal was signed and my payoff hasn’t been sent on my trade in. I am owed a second key which I was told could be done by swinging by the dealership one day. Now I’m being told I’m at the mercy of an outside vendor of Jim Ellis and what his schedule will allow! I honestly feel like this was misrepresented at the time of the sale, tell the customer whatever it takes to get the deal done. Spent over six hours to buy a vehicle, had a great trade in vehicle that I had to haggle to get a median trade in allowance and burnt a whole Saturday. Lesson learned!!!! I’ve bought over 20 vehicles from dealers and this experience puts Jim Ellis near the bottom of my list! More
