took 3 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change and tire rotation. technician didn't put my air filter box back together and 2 bolts were missing. I had to drive back to the dealership to get this correcte rotation. technician didn't put my air filter box back together and 2 bolts were missing. Ted kept me informed about ever step of the service of fixing my SUV. The timeline of when my car was to be ready was within the time expected.
