I purchased with cash. I was sent next door (Cadillac dealership), I sat for about 45 minutes until my salesperson came to check on me. Sat there again for about 30 minutes until my salesperson came and got me, he couldn’t find the person I was supposed to see. After another hour plus I had them take me home and bring my car to me. Another reason is that the labor to install a new radiator I provided was quoted as $741 (or $900+ with taxes and other charges) compared to 3 other competitors' quotes of $402, $375, and $250.
