Salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and definitely good at reading customers. I came from out of state. It took extra time to get my trade in ready and find title so I asked to come the next day and they s at reading customers. I came from out of state. It took extra time to get my trade in ready and find title so I asked to come the next day and they said one day only offer. I got there 30 min before close and got the bums rush to review, drive and sign. This is during the period when GM shipped cars without chips that made heated steering wheel, heated seats and parking assist function. Signing a special form acknowledging this was an after thought and when I called back to remind them to sign it and forward to me I got crickets. The messaging on these chips was different depending on who I talked to. This is on GM and the dealer staff. Final resolution on making these accessories work is “ still coming”. They tried to “get me” with the extra charge for upholstery protection and paint protection. Said it was already done. I said I did not want upholstery protection and deal off. They called back and said we will delete that. Got stuck with “paint protection” but no warranty or paperwork. Hmmmm If you go here be prepared for these tactics. Finance manger was straight forward and took the time to work with me. Thanks Joe. More

Blake Kenya at Jim Alice GMC did an amazing job of helping us navigate the car shortage so that I could turn in my Terrain lease and replace it with an even better car.
