I purchased with cash. I was sent next door (Cadillac dealership), I sat for about 45 minutes until my salesperson came to check on me. We went back to the office to sign p I was sent next door (Cadillac dealership), I sat for about 45 minutes until my salesperson came to check on me. We went back to the office to sign paperwork and add-on warranty. I was told to what for someone to show me the aspects of my car. Sat there again for about 30 minutes until my salesperson came and got me, he couldn’t find the person I was supposed to see. After another hour plus I had them take me home and bring my car to me. There just did not seem to be a sense of importance at the Cadillac dealership. Just unfortunate More
