So, I went to Jim Ellis GMC at 5862 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30341 and I was working with salesman Brandon Bobo who started out being a super nice guy, but during the negotiation part of the Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30341 and I was working with salesman Brandon Bobo who started out being a super nice guy, but during the negotiation part of the deal things quickly changed for the worse. I was trying to get the best deal for the car since it was put online at the wrong price. I was on the phone talking to TrueCar people and when I got off the phone another sales man asked me if I needed some help because he remembered me the day before when I was in there. So, Brandon the salesman I was working with saw me talking to the other sales man guy and they both told me different prices for the car. So, when I told Brandon that he told me one price and the other guy told me a different price. He showed me the paperwork of the car and said I was going to help you but you want to go to the white guy for help then let him help you. I was not going to the other salesman for anything but I was being told 2 different prices, then Brandon said if you can't afford the car then just say you can't. I told him I could afford the car and I am just wanting to know the right price. Then he tells me that if I had a problem with him that I can meet him outside. This guy was going to fight me over a car sale. To keep things from getting too crazy, I just told him that he keeps the car and I was not worth fight a salesman for it. I am posting this to hopefully have other see this and so that they do not have to go through the same experience that I had today. More

They accepted service work knowing they didn’t have a technician to assess the problem and complete the work. They only have 1 transmission technician and 1 transmission apprentice to service 2 dealershi technician to assess the problem and complete the work. I am disappointed with the dealership for the post sale service. The dealership had sold me a vehicle which had fines that were violations from the previous owner, and they had registered this into my na service. The dealership had sold me a vehicle which had fines that were violations from the previous owner, and they had registered this into my name. When I called them to support me, they did not respond and left me to sort this out. I don’t know if this is the norm for dealerships in the US, but I just relocated from SA and feel this is really bad service for which is a real disappointment to me. More
