No sales expierience. Did nothing to help and didn't understand basic finance information. Stood around and I'd nothing while we bought a $100,000 truck. He didn't even wash the truck or find the answers to my questions. -- Cadillac was awesome and those guys are pros. Sales and finance however the Gmc expierience was worse than a used car lot and I got absolutely nothing for my money. How do you not wash the truck, even after we asked for it. Idk 🤷🏻. He called a few days later after I was held up for an hour by cops when I was picking up my truck as agreed by manager. Adrian is again no where to be found by contact. Waits 2 days later then asks about the text. Says if I come in he will fill my tank up and wash it. What a sub par expierience but Cadillac was A1 . Wish we started there. I sent up an appointment, but it was never passed on to the salesperson. The truck was at another lot and I had to wait about 30 minutes for it before I could do the test drive.
