I sent up an appointment, but it was never passed on to the salesperson. The truck was at another lot and I had to wait about 30 minutes for it before I could do the test drive. I dropped a vehicle off for Hertz to get the check engine light checked because I was told it might still be under warranty. The vehicle was checked out, but I didn’t authorize anything to be fixed, but they light checked because I was told it might still be under warranty. The vehicle was checked out, but I didn’t authorize anything to be fixed, but they went ahead and fixed it without my knowledge and wanted to charge $182 for pushing an oil dip stick back in. After I drop the vehicle off, I was supposed to be emailed an invoice that I never received. I called and left numerous voicemails and never received a call back. The vehicle said there for about two weeks because of their lack of communication. My location wasted man hours and had an out of service vehicle on our books for way too long because of them. I would never recommend them for fleet companies. Ted was horrible to work with More
