Car was clean. Dealership was reasonable on price and service. Paint is really peeling off of the car so I prefer to rate the experience after more time in the car. My car was towed there. I called the day of to make an appointment for the following day. The appointment didn't matter because my car sat there for days without anyone look I called the day of to make an appointment for the following day. The appointment didn't matter because my car sat there for days without anyone looking at it. Then after threatening to bring it to another shop, they began working on it. The problem was 'fixed' but 2 days after picking it up, the engine started overheating again. I had to have another shop fix the actual problem. I didn't trust that the problem would be resolved and I didn't think it was fair to have to pay an additional deductible for an issue that was 'fixed.' More
