I asked if I could get my personal tags transferred to the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not heard anything about that at all so far as customer service thumbs down ?? I really appreciate the help with getting me into the vehicle, but the rest of the customer service experience was not good. Thanks for everything. More

Made an appointment. Dropped off the vehicle. It was kept for 2 full days and no work was done. I picked up the vehicle un repaired and took it somewhere else after being Dropped off the vehicle.
