Advisor was great, but the dealership finally addressed an issue that I had been requesting analysis for a number of years. The response was always, if we can’t see it or the computer doesn’t tell us, we c an issue that I had been requesting analysis for a number of years. The response was always, if we can’t see it or the computer doesn’t tell us, we can’t fix it. Upon diagnosis I learned two things: 1) the repair would be just under $1000, and 2) the extended warranty I bought from the dealership expired a year earlier as the 6 year warranty termination was based upon when the car was manufactured and not when I bought it. Since the car was 1.5 years old when I bought it from them, I effectively only got a 4.5 year warranty. More

Brandon got to my vehicle timely and was very detailed when discussing the repairs needed. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and made me feel like my issues were important to him.
