Ted in service is very courteous and always explains things. The prices for replacement keys was extremely high. I was also surprised Ted said this dealership did not have the technician to check my exi things. The prices for replacement keys was extremely high. I was also surprised Ted said this dealership did not have the technician to check my existing keyfob not transmitting effectively with the starter…resulting in having to leave car there 2 2days. Finally, communications is done by text rather than phone so I had to call several times to clarify messaging. More
