My vehicle was making a noise that was not normal. After waiting for over 1.5 hrs., I had to call the number provided to me to ask if they found out what the noise was and/or if there was a problem. Long wait I came in to get my tow hooks installed because they were not installed when I purchased the vehicle. I had to get GMC involved to get them installed. I received a notification saying that they had they were not installed when I purchased the vehicle. I had to get GMC involved to get them installed. I received a notification saying that they had come in stock and for me to go to the dealer and get them installed. When I got there nobody knew anything about it. The service advisor said that he would take care of it and he did. I don't remember his name, but at least he took care of the problem. More
