Poor Service I scheduled an oil change with with Tom Rickard. I called prior to arriving and spoke with a customer service professional. I was advised to take vehicle to new car dealership. I arrived and Tom M. told me that they didn't do oil changes at that location and I needed to drive up the hill to the express shop. He didn't get my service advisor at my request. I drove over to the express lane and explained to Cortez, who was very apologetic. He even insisted on getting Tom Rickard over to assist, but I wasn't feeling well and declined. I wanted to just be done. More
Wonderful Experience I set out on my Saturday with a list of Brands and Models I wanted to look at in addition to my lengthy "wants" out of a new vehicle. As I was looking around at different car dealerships I drove into Jim Ellis. When I walked into the dealership I was approached by Nina Richardson. She made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning! She is very personable and knowledgeable. Don't care for pushy sales folks! Not wanting to draw her away from another potential sale; I was very clear that I was doing "research" and would not be leaving the dealership with a car on this day. Nina never flinched, got defensive or arrogant in fact the total opposite. Nina is an amazing salesperson. She made me feel like I was a friend. She had answers to all of my questions, she was knowledgeable about the inventory and offered reasonable suggestions that met both my "wants" and my budget. Needless to say my shopping stopped here and I left with a vehicle that didn't just meet but exceeded my expectations! Nina exemplifies great customer service. There are office facilities to help you stay productive, they have shuttle service or help you get a rental car if necessary, and eventually they may have a courtesy vehicle available. More
Brought my car in for service on passenger window They had to keep the car awhile & offered to take me home via the shuttle. They had to order a part & I brought it back the next day. Poor experiance with service. Had car in to fix a loud bang and loss of turn signal sound and door chime. Service tech heard same sounds and said he fixed the problem. They charged $792.00 for this and it did not fix problem. Called dealer and talked to Mark Christian who refused to refund my $792.00 and fix the problem correctly. Do not ever take your car to this dealer if you don't want to get ripped off More

I definitely recommend Jim Ellis - and Dion - to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car. Being a single/widowed woman buying a vehicle can be a daunting and uncomfortable experience. However, I did not feel pressured at any point, nor did it seem like anyone was 'messing' with me. Very up front and professional. Thanks so much for the great experience!! More
