LAST MINUET APPOINTMENT I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AT 2:30PM W/ A BREAK CONCERN AND WAS ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE FOR 3PM. Service writer excellent, phone scheduling very poor After a continuing problem with my GMC Acadia (that I had previously brought in for service) I called Jim Ellis service to schedule another appointmen After a continuing problem with my GMC Acadia (that I had previously brought in for service) I called Jim Ellis service to schedule another appointment. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt and informed me there was no way possible I could wait for my vehicle. Fortunately the service writer Brandon was excellent and took the time for explanation and the reasoning behind everything. Brandon was very honest with me and was very helpful. I appreciate everything he did to reassure this customer. More
