Once I arrived at the dealership, it appeared they were not expecting me and it took quite a while for someone to actually help me. Almost seemed like it was a bother for me to be there and I almost left to go to another dealership. It took a long time to actually get the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Once John was helping me it was a good experience as far as test driving and purchasing the vehicle. So I enjoyed working with John and he did a great job reviewing the vehicle with me once I decided on my purchase. Working with Michael on the financing was easy and painless, which was great. He does a great job as well. However, the entire process of purchasing and financing took way too long. I was at the dealership for about 5 hours. I would probably recommend a dealership where the vehicles were all on the lot and easy to access. More

Our car broke down the evening of our arrival and a call to this nearby dealership was answered by a friendly and concerned Barry Bacon who was there in the evening when we arrived with our car. The next morning Cortez Heath quickly checked-in our vehicle and kept us informed as service diagnosed the problem. When we decided it was time for a new car Barry Bacon patiently showed us vehicles and provided the information we needed to make this important selection. Business Manager Michael Mills then completed the process by guiding us through the final financial transactions.
