The only thing they know how to do is keep calling to sale vehicle when I went in to purchase and told them I was purchasing vehicle but the service was poor and unprofessional. They need extensive training on customer service and also on what is needed from employees of gmc who’s family is purchasing a vehicle. Kim in service and parts was professional and followed up and kept her word and kept me informed on parts that were ordered as add on. Would not buy from that location again More

Very Disappointed ... No Follow Through. I brought my Buick in for service and had a list of things to correct.Come to find out I had a leak into the cabin. I was told it was corrected. I have asked twice to be contacted with regard as to where and how this leak occurred ... I am still waiting. I had a list of issues I wanted to fix and had to bring the car in a second time to have them look at the car for estimates. I have no idea about the quality of the work done since I still have NO idea as to where the leak originated. My service rep was nice but I can't say I am pleased with having to call for a third time to find out about the leak. It kind of makes me simply want to give up and sell the car and go back to my Hondas! More
