I recently purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra and my experience was great. The salesperson and the sales manager kept me informed of the process and kept their word on all items as promised. Unsatisfactory My service manager must have been having a bad day. He was angry and sullen. Didn't know about my app't.. and had an attitude as if it were my fault. Lousy scheduling With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended up also being charged for a tire rotation. My coupon included all but only needed the oil and filter change.
