Very Disappointed ... No Follow Through. I brought my Buick in for service and had a list of things to correct.Come to find out I had a leak into the cabin. I was told it was corrected. I have asked twice to be contacted with regard as to where and how this leak occurred ... I am still waiting. I had a list of issues I wanted to fix and had to bring the car in a second time to have them look at the car for estimates. I have no idea about the quality of the work done since I still have NO idea as to where the leak originated. My service rep was nice but I can't say I am pleased with having to call for a third time to find out about the leak. It kind of makes me simply want to give up and sell the car and go back to my Hondas! More

HO HUM I went in for an oil-change and a tire rotation and asked to check out a rattle emanating from the driver's rear passenger door. I got the oil change I went in for an oil-change and a tire rotation and asked to check out a rattle emanating from the driver's rear passenger door. I got the oil change (in the promised span of time) and the tire rotation but now my tires are roaring in the front. A problem happening when those tires were on the front before they were switched to the rear. The technician indicated "good news" they think they isolated/fixed the rattle... Well, the rattle is actually worse (maybe from the front tires roaring, I don't know) and I called yesterday and left a message about an hour after picking up the vehicle asking for a return call to reschedule another appointment. It is now after lunch the following day and still no call and now I have to waste my time to get another appointment so I can get my primary concern addressed.... Disappointing More

Internet/Out Of Town Purchase Testimony From the very get go, when I discovered the exact vehicle I was wanting to purchase at Jim Ellis, my husband told me it had to be "too good to be true From the very get go, when I discovered the exact vehicle I was wanting to purchase at Jim Ellis, my husband told me it had to be "too good to be true". Well now that I am driving my new vehicle, I can attest that it was truly a blessing to have found and pursued Jim Ellis Buick as well as the BEST deal around. I researched for months and nobody in our market was willing to negotiate much past MSRP. And if the rate was good, the incentives were not and no one would consider both or a combination of promotions. And, most of the GM offers are only available to specific groups of which I am not a candidate. It has been 16 years since I purchased a vehicle, but I thought aggressive pricing and negotiation would still be part of the purchasing process. Well it is not in my market so I began to look outside of our area. Jim Ellis online pricing was exactly what they said it was where many dealerships have a bait and hook pricing scheme. I appreciated their transparency. I qualified for a generous discount as well as the most aggressive rate. That is how to win someone's business in this competitive world. In addition, they were generous about my trade and managed door to door delivery of my new vehicle and pick up of my trade. My visit with my driver was one of the highlights of the experience. Thank you Mr. Charlie for spending a little time with us and for braving the 6 hour one-way trip two times in one day. The only downside is that you have to commit to being patient. Buying out of town does not lend itself to driving the vehicle home today. The whole process took about two weeks, but it was definitely worth it. Initially I was unable to get someone on the phone at Jim Ellis- I guess they are just that busy ;) I am thankful I initiated an online chat with Michelle Floyd who was very helpful and got me plugged into the sales team. John Dobs was a rock star and walked me through the pre-purchase, delivery and the new vehicle orientation processes. Management (TJ, Michael M. & Dwight) offered white glove expedited service whenever possible and were creative in getting me the best price and financing options available. I have already recommended Jim Ellis to friends, family and colleagues and look forward to hearing future successful purchase stories down the road.
