Excessive Wait I waited for just shy of 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time and still waited almost three ho I waited for just shy of 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time and still waited almost three hours. Upon arrival I was told 90 minutes, which I consider lengthy, but in hindsight 90 minutes would have been great. Had someone communicated with me to advise of the delay my frustration would have tempered a bit, but I never heard from anyone until I was greeted by the service rep and led to the cashier. Timeliness The service to the vehicle was fine but the timeliness was not great. They said 90 min and it took a little over 2 hours and would have taken longer i The service to the vehicle was fine but the timeliness was not great. They said 90 min and it took a little over 2 hours and would have taken longer if I hadn't gone to the service attendant to ask where my car was. After walking around i saw it in the lot and it was complete. So who knows how long it would have taken if i wouldn't have pointed it out to the attendant. While the difference between 2 hours and 90 minutes seems small, i was on my lunch and was told 90 minutes. My expectation would be to meet or exceed that timeframe. I am in the customer service business so i know how hard it is to please everyone but you start by setting the expectation. When you buy a 75k vehicle your expectations for great service is a little higher. More
