Slow, expensive, and still not fixed. Came in for warning lights on parking sensors. They took all day to diagnose. Then had to leave car overnight (no loaner) bc pick too late at that p Came in for warning lights on parking sensors. They took all day to diagnose. Then had to leave car overnight (no loaner) bc pick too late at that point. Came back to get it the next day (over $1000 in repairs). And realized still not working. In addition, NO PAINT on sensor!! Told me to come back for paint. I don’t have time for that. More

Always a good experience I didn't buy my car from Jim Ellis, I got it through Carvana, but they have been my dealership for everything and I wouldn't trade them for the world. They always have good timing even if they are running behind. And if that happens, they are always willing to accommodate for your wait time. They are honest and being a single woman it is really important for me to go to a dealership that I can trust. Although most men deal in the service department, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me and are telling me the truth about my car. More

He did not advise me to get any services that I did not need. He was knowledgeable and told me up front that the wait would be a little long because of the number of customers. I knew what to expect as far as the wait, but surprisingly, the time seemed to go fast and I did not get frustrated. (Maybe because of his positive attitude). After applying my points, the charges were minimal. Good customer service and low charges, how good can it get!!! I always go to Jim Ellis for Service on my SUV even though I can get service closer to my home. More
