I dealt almost exclusively with Irving Reyes. I can’t say anything positive about this dealer. I bought the car remotely, flying in from Charleston to pickup. I asked specifically about disclosures to include and curb rash on rims and damage to interior/exterior. Irving sent the same wide shot pictures from their site and said he didn’t see any damage. On arrival I found dings, scrapes, and scratches on several areas of the exterior, two rims with curb rash, bad tires, and the icing on top is they only had one car key. And there is a loud thumping sound—likely a suspension issue. In short, it will cost me thousands to get this car in proper condition. Integrity is the hallmark of any dealership—this dealer has none. More
