Awesome! I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and prov I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and provide me with a courtesy car and for two days draw the vehicle and found out that the sensor spotting the temperature was showing 400 degrees and confusing the start and stop of the A/C. Faster than expexted I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty because I bought a certified pre-owned car (get the warranty). They fixed it and I walked out without a bill. Remember, get the warranty. I met my service rep, Brandon Cannon, and it was good to set up our relationship.
