John Jones was my customer service representative an he was courteous, explaining the work to be done on my car. Convenience has degraded I only use a dealer for repair for convenience. I called for a pickup from the dealer shuttle 3 days in a row and the driver was apparently always too I only use a dealer for repair for convenience. The dealer could not diagnose my issue since the battery died and the engine reset. My car was left outside and was covered in tree sap so not having a basic car wash performed was very irritating More
Quite a dissapointment There are so many things that went wrong. Brought my car in for an oil change at 8:20 picked my car up at 2:00. I had to call to ask if it was ready, There are so many things that went wrong. Brought my car in for an oil change at 8:20 picked my car up at 2:00. I had to call to ask if it was ready, was informed, "we were just about to call you". Waited 15+ minutes, car did not get pulled around, even though the valet was standing there doing nothing, I was chatting with him. I went with John to the back lot to find my car. Once I saw it I knew it had not been washed. They failed to do it the last visit as well so I specifically asked to make sure it got done. Mgr called last time and apologized. Again another "we are very sorry". I proceed to drive off and noticed my tire gauge monitor said my tires were at 26 lbs. They are supposed to be at 34-35. This was after I was told they rotated my tired. So I pulled back in for John to drive my car back there to add air on his own. He got 3 to 34 and 1 to 32. He was very apologetic I understand this was not his fault. I know my tires were not at 26 when I came in because I have the OnStar monitor. Also when I was waiting on my car again the second time another sales associate asked what happened and I told him. He apologized but said we have been very busy. I looked at him and said well you cant be to busy I just went in the back lot to find my car and 2 service techs were propped up against the door with their arms crossed chatting. Perhaps this is why you shouldn't have customers back there. Honestly I don't even trust that I actually got an oil change or tire rotation that I paid for. Anyway, live and learn and learn to give my business to another shop. More

The brake recall that was performed did not resolve the pulsing at low speeds while coming to a stop, which I have had since the car was new. I believe it is related to the transmission shifting/modulating. More

First time customer and extremely satisfied. I decided to provide this review based on our positive experience with a dealer we had not previously purchased a car from. We live in Marietta and a I decided to provide this review based on our positive experience with a dealer we had not previously purchased a car from. We live in Marietta and are not close in proximity to Jim Ellis in Atlanta. However, when searching for a particular new car for my daughter, we came upon Jim Ellis (who had the lowest price but was located the furthest within our search range). Although the price between their two websites was different, we were able to clarify things with the General Manager who was very easy to work with. Before getting to that point, we reached out thru their website link thru Autodtrader and within a very short amount of time Nicole reached out to us to assist us with our new car search. She was extremely helpful, quick and got us the feedback we needed in less than a day in order to make a decision (the vehicle we purchased had an expiring rebate). Once we agreed to a price over the phone with the general manager, he sent us a quote via e-mail. We then drove across town (~1hr) and upon reaching the dealership were greeted soon by Nicole and Ralph. They made the entire experience easy and fairly quick. Pleasure doing business with them and we'll return should we have a need in the future!! More

Have noticed the last couple of visits how well the service advisors communicate about what is wrong, what options are, and how to accommodate owner needs. Brandon was great, made several update calls, and arranged a loaner without question when all work couldn't be completed in one day as originally planned. Full detail left car looking like new. Shuttle home was quick and easy. Altogether an easy experience. More
