Every problem that I had with the first vehicle was brought back to your service department as well as the more expensive vehicle that I purchased because of all the issues with the first one that couldnt be repaired. This issue started in July 2010 and I'm still having issues with your dealership. In the end I wound up loosing $4,000-$5,000 since I started the process of purchasing a vehicle with your dealership, and today was enough to push me over the edge. I was lied to countless times with the first vehicle and both me and my fiance' were outright treated disrepectfully by both the sales and service deparments. This is why I have decided to move forward with my own remediaton process. As an owner of a small business I know this is no way to treat a customer and survive in this economy.
