They happened to have the exact model I was interested in and met Jack Merwede who showed it to me and worked up the numbers. It was a great deal and I couldn't say no!! Jack was very professional, a gentleman and applied no pressure. And just an enjoyable presonality as well. I can highly recommend this dealership for all your GMC needs. Showed up for an appointment and said that I did one. Showed them the email confirmation and said that was just for an appraisal as it clearly shows a service appointment. Time to contact a lawyer. I usually just ignore the follow-up questionnaire sent after service has been done after scheduling it. But being this is the second time I scheduled online service for an oil change and for tire rotation after service has been done after scheduling it. But being this is the second time I scheduled online service for an oil change and for tire rotation where the service I had scheduled was not performed. Clearly, on the last two invoices are the itemized tasks that were to be performed and were charged for. An oil change and tire rotation. Both times, the tire rotation was not performed. I clearly know this because my right rear tire needs air added at least twice a month for over a year now. Well, to my surprise today , the right rear tire needed air. That tire should have been up front after this visit to Jim Curley and should have been up front the last time as well. It clearly wasn't, as I already explained. The sad thing is that both times, I was charged for something that was never performed. Nice job, Jim Curley. Guess it's time to go to alternatives. Mavis, Jiffy lube, Pep Boy's, Meineke, Midas, etc More
