STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We called over the phone about an ad for a lease on a kia optima. The women told us 199 a month no money down 36 months. We took the drive into the dealer and the first thing about an ad for a lease on a kia optima. The women told us 199 a month no money down 36 months. We took the drive into the dealer and the first thing they said was its 218. We dealt with this because the price wasn't out of our reach. We than were told the car we wanted to lease was not available because they were deciding to use it in a test drive. First off the customer wants to buy the car why would you not sell it to them? We dealt with this and they were really pushing a silver optima instead. We worked it back and forth because we really didn't want silver and the price went down to 189 a month no money down, 36 months. This was a great deal in our eyes and we made the agreement, we ran credit for owner and co signer and everything seemed fine. No one said a thing about tiers being a problem after we added a co signer. The manager Anthony let us take the car home with us that night with dealer plates on it. We came back the next day and waited 2 hours just to sign paper work! They weren't ready for us to come even though they gave us the car and knew we were coming. We sit down to start signing papers and brought our co signer who has excellent credit. We are than told that the month lease was $270!! Credit scores were prime on both the signer and co signer! My question to the manager Anthony is why wouldn't you have told us when price meant everything. We only took the silver car because of the price and it changes over night? Don't you think as a credible business you would tell the customer because of credit etc the price had gone up? Instead surprise them after they bring the co signer down and had the car for a day!? Complete lies the entire time, go to Freehold Kia they take good care of the customer and don't lie! I am so dissatisfied still about this. Plus they have a dog in the dealership who just mops around, so unprofessional! Everything about this place was fishy and please stay away! More
They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy the car, but if you have a question or problem after you drive off the lot you are screwed. I found out 10 days after I bought the car that th to buy the car, but if you have a question or problem after you drive off the lot you are screwed. I found out 10 days after I bought the car that they still hadn't processed my registration because they needed documents from me that they never asked me for. I only have 20 days to get the tags on the car because I live out of state, and they outsource this service for PA drivers, so I have my fingers crossed that they will be able to get this done in time. The explanation I got about the delay was that someone was on vacation. This doesn't explain why the salesman didn't get the correct photocopies of my license when I was there. I also called them to find out what to do about getting an inspection sticker since the new car did not come with one. Mark didn't know and transferred me to Rose Fleming, the motor vehicles clerk. She was friendly and professional and offered to send me the NJ sticker to use with the temporary NJ plates. She needed to check with the Comptroller, Marisa, to find out if I could get reimbursed for having to get the inspection done myself in PA. Marisa called back and seemed confused about the situation. She said she can't give me the NJ sticker and confirmed that they provide the sticker for NJ residents, but PA residents have to go get it on their own. She would not reimburse me for this cost that would be included if I had a NJ address. She was rude and talked over me; it was awful to deal with her. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is no one there above her. When I bought the car, Mark Imbimbo told me that Jim Curley is a good guy who will make sure the customer receives good service. I am not seeing any of that, and Marisa told me it's not an option to speak to Jim Curley himself. I work in customer service and I understand how important it is to provide good service and not make the customer feel like they are getting ripped off. At Jim Curley, you will get terrible customer service. More
Went to Jim Curley to get a lease on a base Kia Soul in the Alien color. Very happy with Cynthia, the salesperson. She was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. They the Alien color. Very happy with Cynthia, the salesperson. She was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. They did get me on a bunch of fees that were supposed to be optional but since they gave me a good value on the trade-in, I didn't fight. More
We were in the market to purchase a 2012 GMC Sierra 1ton pick up. Through a web search we found Jim Curley had the truck we were looking for. We made an initial phone call on a Friday morning and by mid aft pick up. Through a web search we found Jim Curley had the truck we were looking for. We made an initial phone call on a Friday morning and by mid afternoon on the SAME day we were meeting Brandon Torres at a mid point location between us and them to take delivery of the truck. There is not anything the dealership could have done differently to make this sale better. Everything promised happened. We will definitely be calling this dealership again when we are ready to make another purchase. More
I just purchased a new Kia Forte from Jim Curley Buick GMC Kia and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. Unlike any other car buying experience GMC Kia and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. Unlike any other car buying experience I have ever had, they found out what I was looking for and made it work without any pressure or negotiating. Justin was an excellent salesman and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they follow me home to save me a trip with the trade in, but I had forgotten some paperwork at the dealership and Justin hand delivered it to my home after work hours to save me a second trip. Truly spectacular service! I walked into the dealership dreading the car buying experience and worrying about getting stuck in the car sales scenario that has become a stereotype. I walked out with the complete opposite feeling. They are true professionals at Jim Curley Kia and I would recommend this dealership to anyone More

I was a first time car buyer having driven a 25-year-old classic sports car. Consequently I was unfamiliar with much of the new technology in cars, did not have a clear understanding as to the value or the classic sports car. Consequently I was unfamiliar with much of the new technology in cars, did not have a clear understanding as to the value or the appropriate price point. (My car has six preset FM stations) and power windows. Brandon and the team at Jim Curley's dealership did several things that impressed me. I usually do not write reviews. I am taking the time to do so because of the service I received. The Attitude First, they were professional and courteous at all times. Second, they were extremely knowledgeable about the cars they sold Third, they were less concerned about making a sale then they were about ensuring that I was comfortable with the purchase, if I chose to make one Product Knowledge and Availability The dealership had great availability within the Kia line. Brandon ensured that I test drove different models and as well as makes. Although he told me about the differences and showed me the paper work. He insisted I test drive the Buicks and other brands to so that I could experience the difference. Although it was a busy day, Brandon took all the extra time to ensure that I was an educated customer. Price and Paperwork Because of the time spent with no pressure to buy, I actually bought my first car. Brandon explained the prices and options clearly. He explained the financing /leasing options and helped me find the appropriate one for me. Additioanlly they handled all the insurance, Motor vehicles etc. Post Sale Service They delivered me the car and reviewed all the features. Two days later they took more time to re-help me understand the cell phone connections and navigation system. When my license plates came in they even put them on for me. Brandon had a colleague stop on the way home from work. I cannot say enough positive things about Jim Curley’s dealership or my sales experience with Brandon. I will allow that I had been to other dealers who were confusing and pressuring and I walked out. More
Went in to dealership with all intentions of buying : price of Kia Soul was right, financing was right, color of vehicle was the one we wanted, etc..Left a deposit , so that the next day the car would st price of Kia Soul was right, financing was right, color of vehicle was the one we wanted, etc..Left a deposit , so that the next day the car would still be there when we went to finalize deal---in short we wanted that car. Never could anticipate what would happen when we would sit down and sign/ go over all the paperwork in the financial office. The interest rate was now higher than the one we were quoted the day before. The total cost of the vehicle would now be more. The finance charges were now astonomical, etc., etc.All types and manner of things were being loaded on the back end, turning a 16 k vehicle into a 25 k one. Two days later we purchased an identical vehicle at another dealership: no hassle , subterfuge,or fast talking finance guys. They seemed happy just to make a sale- Jim curley's crew was not. More
The car listed on the internet was a 1983 Buick Riviera convertible with rear wheel drive. It has front wheel drive. I made an appointment with Heather to see the car on Saturday at 9 am. She sent me an convertible with rear wheel drive. It has front wheel drive. I made an appointment with Heather to see the car on Saturday at 9 am. She sent me an e-mail that the car was prepped (all fluids changed) and ready. Her or someone on her internet staff would go over the car with me. When I got there and salesman that greeted me didn't expect me at all. I sat at his desk while I guess he called Heather. Anyways after he called, he said he had to find the car. After a long time, he came back and said he was looking for the keys. Again, he came back after a long time and said he couldn't find the keys. He thinks the mechanic took them but the car door was open. We went to the car. My mechanic friend said the oil wasn't changed and he didn't think the transmission fluid was either. The oil was black. The top looked new but on the driver's side there was a big gap that the rain could get in. Maybe the window wasn't completely up but without the keys who knows. I drove over 80 miles round trip for nothing. You would think they would have another set of keys and more knowledge about Buicks since they are a Buick dealership. More
