My salesperson Dina, was the epitomy of knowledge and kindness. Courtney, who is relatively new, was more than friendly and spoke very highly of her shop and the people she worked with, I could not have kindness. Anthony, worked hard to get me a great interest rate, even though my credit has suffered through the years. And CHRIS, worked way past quit time, and still had a sense of humor, knowing I was not his last customer. What a wonderful experience, I felt as though I was dealing with a "family". Jim Curley, keep up the great work, you have a wonderful, dedicated and very loyal staff of "friends" which you employ and respect you as I have an always will. Thanks to all of you! More

JIm Curley Kia is a top notch organization. Every department from our salesman, Kun Jiang, to the Sales manager and finance department were all very professional and courtious.No high pressure sales department from our salesman, Kun Jiang, to the Sales manager and finance department were all very professional and courtious.No high pressure sales here! what a relief.. Our Salesman worked hard to close the deal by answering all of our questions about a Kia soul that we had interest in. He provided us with a test drive of the vehicle too. We got back to the dealer after our test drive and expressed our interest in the vehicle but soon learned that another customer also expressed interest in the same car. Rather than creating a bidding war over the vehicle with another customer our saleman informed us that he had just received another soul off lease that he could show us which was a year newer 2011 with less miles only 7k on the vehicle. The options were slightly different between the 2 vehicles so we spoke to the sales manager to discuss pricing. The manager came back to us with improved pricing for the car and all that was left was financing discussions. We indicated what we could get on rates from our local bank and the sales manager was able to offer us better rates which closed the deal for us. Overall great car buying experience here and would certainly buy another car from this dealership. More

I went to Curley to see a specific car (used VW Beetle). I drove the VW and it wasn't the car for me. I was conflicted about buying a care - I hadn't cleaned out my car but I had my title with me! I'm ready to leave the lot but Dina, my sales rep, starts to do her job. Without any pressure, she asked some questions, got an idea of who I am and made some suggestion. In short order I test-drove a car and decided to buy it. Tony the sales manager did his thing. I got a great deal for the car I was trading in, I got a great price on the car I would drive away in. I got a fair deal on the financing. I think I was in and out of there in four hours (that's a positive for me!) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The reason I chose this dearlership was that I needed some work on my old car a few months and I brought it there for service. That team was great also. And it's a great ride! More

As a past customer relationship consultant the service at your Kia showroom where I had orignally start was absolutely bad. After having a deal on the table I had to start all over again with a new salesman who never called me back until your sales team at GMC called them to get the appraisal which was already performed. Heather Lindabury contacted me in April over the internet and continued to be a very sincere, knowledgable, positive person staying in touch until I made the decision to check out what I could do. After my interaction with your KIA dealership I would not do any further business with Jim Curley. Heather turned the negative into a positive and offered her assistence to come in to see Anthony. Although Anthony was to busy to assist me a salesman of a name that I had forgotten put a proposal together which made sense & proceeded to transact purchase of the car. He never gave me a business card & neither did Anthony or do the little things that build customer relationships. Heather was clearly up front provided her detail contact information creating a professional line in the sand. It is interesting that you have a person dedicated to stand up & be counted & a disconnect with a sales organization supporting her efforts. I experienced much the same when I brought my KIA in for service. Trying to live in a educated fast paced world where facts & expectation are the fundemental basis of success is tough road bput achievable. Never had an easier experience buying a used car. I found what I wanted online called in and Heather answered all my questions and even sent me some pictures that weren't on the website of the car. I worked with salesman John "Jack" Lennon. He was wonderful! I had been to 2 other Kia dealers who really didn't know their product and never returned my emails with answers to my questions.
