Have never been treated with such a level of care while purchasing/leasing a vehicle. Truly a wonderful experience, believe the service department will be just as good. Wonderful Experience I had been looking for a new SUV for about 2 weeks, and felt stressed, bullied, and taken advantage of at a few different dealerships in my area. Then I walked into Jim Curley Kia in Lakewood and was not expecting much different treatment. I walked in, and instantly felt the positive, light-airy, and home-like energy! I met Tom Larca and he had me laughing and smiling GENUINELY, the entire time. He was extremely honest, and felt like I was talking to my family. I fell in love with the Kia Sportage but needed a few extras, and the Jim Curley Kia Team made it happen without any push or force. I didn't even give them a number of what I was able to afford and they exceeded my expectations. It was as if I had known them for years in their fun loving atmosphere they created. I am so thankful I walked into that special branch of Jim Curley Kia. Now if all the dealerships could be like this, it would be wonderful. I will be sending my entire family to see Tom Larca and that incredible team of managers that made me have such an incredible experience! Thank you guys again!!!!!
