Stopped in a Saturday afternoon and within an hour he had laid out a couple of different vehicles, with different prices and payment plans. Told him I wanted to think about it over the weekend and he followed up with a call on Monday. By Tuesday we finalized the deal on the phone, and he emailed all the paperwork for me to look at before I went back to sign anything which made me feel very comfortable with the transaction. 45 minutes later I drove out in my new Yukon. Good experience. More
