2015 Yukon xl Denali I was coming from DC to NJ to possibly buy a used Yukon xl Denali. Hence, I didn’t want to make that long trip and be disappointed by the condition of I was coming from DC to NJ to possibly buy a used Yukon xl Denali. Hence, I didn’t want to make that long trip and be disappointed by the condition of the vehicle . I asked Andrew to send pics and rate the vehicle on a scale of 1 - 10. He told me he’d inspect the car as if he was buying it for himself. He quickly sent me pics of a few very minor scuffs/scratches and rated the vehicle a 9 out of 10. The next day I drove to NJ to see the car and was not disappointed. Andrew was completely accurate and honest in his assessment. I was helped through the purchasing process by Cynthia who was nice and considerate. She took me on an efficient test drive and a tour of the service dept.. She then explained many of the vehicles features. At some point she left me alone with the car to make my final decision. Once the decision was made she worked with my bank to get the deal done. I was very pleased with her service. I did not like “add-on” products (paint sealant & window etching) being applied to the cost of the vehicle before I’d approved them. Cynthia promptly removed the “ad-on” products from the vehicle cost sheet. All n all, I’m pleased with the service Jim Curley provided, and would do business with them again. More
