The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and stress free, from the saleswoman Cynthia, to the owner Jim Curley, to the finance manager Marc. Everyone was very honest and upfront, not trying to BS us like we had gotten at previous dealerships, which we had greatly appreciated after spending over half a day driving around and speaking to salespeople. They worked really hard to get my husband in the truck he wanted, and they did, but the entire process was smooth and quick. Cynthia was incredibly thorough, making sure we were completely satisfied with everything about the truck we were getting. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Jim Curley was the only place within a 250 mile radius that had o I live in CT and was searching all over the Northeast for a 2016 Optima SXL I liked. Jim Curley was the only place within a 250 mile radius that had one in perfect condition for a great price. As soon as I found it, I called. Cynthia assisted me and stayed on the phone answering all questions I had. Since I live far away and it was not practical to drive down to look at it, she provided me with extra detailed photos of the car in and out. I put a free hold on the car and left to drive a little over 3 hours at 5:45am the next day. I got to the dealership right after they opened and the at was all completely ready for me already. Came in for one vehicle, drove home with another ! I had heard from numerous Buick and GMC purchasers that their transactions at Jim Curley were always smooth & easy and took place in a comfortable and I had heard from numerous Buick and GMC purchasers that their transactions at Jim Curley were always smooth & easy and took place in a comfortable and family style environment. My daughter and I went there to check out possibly leasing a new Encore for her. Cynthia Rothschild warmly greeted us and gave my daughter a informative walk thru and set her up for a test drive. We effortlessly negotiated a Lease rate based upon her presumed mileage needs. During this time I had been eyeballing a sharp Buick Cascada in the showroom and thinking my wife would love this car! After further research and realizing my daughters mileage needs would probably far exceed any lease allowances we changed directions and concentrated on the Cascada! Within minutes Cynthia and her Sales manager had the keys ready for me to take a similar equipped convertible home so my wife could check it out! That's all it took! My wife flipped over the car. We brought it back, easily negotiated a sale and within a short time my wife was driving her new convertible home with a full tank of gas ! BTW, our daughter didn't lose out.....she inherited my wife's prior convertible and no financial burden ! Win Win situation. I'll definitely come back when I'm ready for a new vehicle! CW More
