Jack Merwede and the entire team—from sales to finance to parts—made the process incredibly smooth, quick, and simple. They truly exceeded my expectations, taking the time to understand my needs and making sure I felt valued as a customer. (and I went to a number of dealerships) The quality of the truck is excellent—GMC really hit the mark with the Canyon Denali. But what really set this experience apart was the dealership's approach. The team at Jim Curley as a dealership was clearly focused on providing top-notch SERVICE rather than dealership opulence. It was all about making sure I had a great deal, not just closing a deal.
