The second day I went back and again Andrew was very cordial. I drove around in the car and took it out on the road. He explained all about the car. I didn't feel pressured at all. He wasn't pushy and made me and my sister feel comfortable. On that second day we also worked with Ed Smuda. I can't stress enough how helpful, kind, relaxed and professional Ed was and we felt relaxed. It was a joy working with both Ed and Andrew. We ended up buying the car that day. We weren't pressured or talked into anything. We kept saying to each other we could not believe how nice of a dealership it was. The comfort inside. We felt welcomed. I was told by Ed anything I need help with to come back. He helped us figure alot of things out. And Andrew also was helpful doing the financing part.
