Made Car Buying Experience Easy Everyone quivers when it comes time to having to buy a new car and deal with the whole car dealers. I have to say my experience with Jim Curley and es Everyone quivers when it comes time to having to buy a new car and deal with the whole car dealers. I have to say my experience with Jim Curley and especially my sales rep John was how this process should be. Being that I travel for work and have two toddlers going to car dealers for hours to test drive and negotiate is not ideal. When I called in for lease numbers John was very helpful with learning my needs for a vehicle and not trying to force me into the showroom to get those numbers like every other car dealer; stay away from T&T coast they were the worst. We found the color and trim package on an Arcadia and then he got right back to me with numbers, imagine that. They didn’t force me to come in to get the numbers or say come in and the price might get better. John felt like he was in my corner working hard to get the vechile for my family and work towards our number. On the day of pickup they already had the paperwork ready for me to sign and had me out the door in 30 Minutes. Now that’s what I call good customer service and how car buying should be. They will be my first stop when I need my next car. More
