After I spoke with Renee, she connected me with Carlos. This is the way to buy a car. No pressure and answered everyone of my questions. I called and visited multiple times. Each time Carlos spent time with me and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I also like that he understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to locate a vehicle for me and even go and get the truck for me. I was very impressed with the entire process and can't thanks Carlos enough. I priced multiple vehicles at Jim Curley (originally was looking for a smaller truck) and eventually purchased the Sierra SLT model. Carlos, Mary Lou and I thank you for your patience and all you did for us. The icing on the cake was my discussion with James Curley III at the end of our purchase. I wanted to let him know what a great experience we had with everyone we spoke with and he personally handed us his business card if we need him in the future. A great gesture from the owner himself. I thanked him, but know we are in good hands with Carlos. I also want to the thank Paul for making the accounting end of things smooth and quick!!! Overall a great service experience and a dealer that clearly looks to make things easy and enjoyable for their customers. Thank you all! More

Family Affair This is the third car that I’ve leased from Jim Curley. My son also purchased a used vehicle from them. I have purchased or leased many vehicles. Until I found Jim Curley’s, I literally dreaded the experience! Years ago, I met a salesman, John McClave. Through him & Jim Curley, I leased my first Kia. It was the beginning of a comfortable car relationship! Last summer, when I brought my second Kia in for an oil change, I was shocked and terribly anxious! Not only did Jim Curley sell his Kia business, but John McClave retired. I immediately went into a dark state. I loved my Kia, I loved my salesman, and I trusted Jim Curley! I anguished over what to do. A woman buying or leasing a car, before John & Jim, had always been a struggle. Being a strong & well informed woman, I was always prepared for the battle of wits, knowledge, & price of the vehicle I wanted. I really didn’t want to start over with a new Kia dealership. I also didn’t want to leave the Curley family! Then I got the call from John saying he came out of retirement. Happy as I was, I was unsure about switching from a Kia to a Buick. I met with Jim Curley Sr. & he suggested the Encore. John took me out for a test drive & I was sold! Yet it was still months before the end of my Kia lease. One day my phone rang & it was time. I rushed down to Jim Curley’s GMC & drove out in my beautiful Encore! What I realized after many years, is that Jim Curley’s dealership is family! Besides Jim Sr., I was helped by Jim Jr., Carlos Martinez, Mark Novellino, Mike Mangan, and my John McClave! They are a team that works together to truly make their customers sastisfied - a family affair. I even brought my dog! He was so welcomed, it as heart warming! How many dealerships are dog friendl?!!! More
