Another wonderful routine maintenance Ben Thurston always is on top of what the car requires beyond the scheduled maintenance. It makes me feel very safe to know that. Don't go here to service a Prius I took my 2008 Prius in to have the auxiliary battery checked/replaced and to complete 30000 mile service. Pros: 24 hour loaner car. My basic service ended up with another $1200 in "recommended" repairs that I agreed to. Since the service the performance of my vehicle is significantly declined (in MPG terms). I took the car back for a follow up inspection and was told everything was fine and yet my MPG is still 10 MPG less than before taking care in the first time. Never any follow up. Also the first person I spoke with in service center (silver team I believe) was just unbelievably rude and dismissive. I'd never go back here. More
Excellent Customer Service by Tim and the Blue Team! Yesterday I dealt with Tim from the Blue Team and he was excellent. I was able to go over to the mall and grab some lunch and take care of some other shopping needs which was very convenient. Treated me like I was a nuisance. This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership since my purchase of the vehicle just over a year ago. Needed a minor collision repair ($1500), This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership since my purchase of the vehicle just over a year ago. Needed a minor collision repair ($1500), but they did not really seem to have much interest in helping me. That's fine. Plenty of other places to go besides an over-priced dealership. I started out looking to make build a relationship with them that would have probably lasted for the life of the car... the next 10 years, perhaps. But I was shuffled off the phone as though my questions were a bother. Strange. I guess everyone at Jim Coleman Toyota just makes waaaay to much money to have any interest in taking mine. Oh well. I know of at three other body shops who would love the work... and who will also be glad for the opportunity to create a new customer relationship for the coming decade. Thanks, Jim Coleman Toyota - for making my decision about whether or not to work with you a very easy one! More

This is no joke because in the last 24 years my car has taken a licking and kept on ticking and I have always had Great service with the Green Team ! I Love my Toyota and although because of money problems and having to move further away they have always help me when I get in there. I wanted to Thank Jim Coleman Toyota, Katie and her Green Team for always helping me out and doing an Great Job ! I only go to Coleman Toyota for all my car care. My 6 yr old Rav is doing just fine and I am confident in the work that is done in their service department. I follow their service schedule and when I need old Rav is doing just fine and I am confident in the work that is done in their service department. I have extremely happy with the service I have receive for the last seven years. Starting with the original salesman to my current service manager (Katie Gasemey), my interaction with everyone has been ve for the last seven years. Starting with the original salesman to my current service manager (Katie Gasemey), my interaction with everyone has been very courteous, cheerful and to the point. I always know exactly what is being done to my car when being serviced. I did have a rather unique problem which took several trips to the shop, but was finally solved to no expense on my part. There had been a faulty hose connecting the fuel pump to the engine. My car is a 2006 Prius. Even my husband has had great dealings with your dealership both with is own 2002 Prius and with the possibility of purchasing a 2013 all electric Prius. Ultimately with the latter, my husband decided that buying a new car at the present time was not the best thing to do, however if he were to do so he would come to your dealership. I have recommended your dealership to several friends who have all bought cars from your facility. THANK YOU for all that everyone does to make happy customers. More
