Peter did the job as requested. I went to the JC dealership to see him and he was ready with all the pricing details. He had a file for me with all the numbers down showing all the rebates, trade in balance , etc. This is the real WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get). The transaction in the finance office went through very fast as all the numbers matched exactly what he had shown me. This time I opted to renew the President's Club with no second thought as the value of the previous one was a lot more than what it provided by at least double, besides the additional trade in credit. I used to doubt its value, but the amount of services and credits it provides more than pay for itself. I don't even get to see the managers face nowadays. Peter keeps all the fight with managers away from the buyer. Now the Managers at JC are actually nice fellow to deal with. Patrick is a no pressure easy going general manager who knows how to keep the customer happy. This time around the standard meeting with the lady that tries to sell after market stuff was even skipped without me even asking for, as by now they have realized I don't get any extras. They do offer some deals for those who plan to keep the car for the long haul though. As in any dealer you need to be prepared to negotiate if interested in any of the additional packages they offer. I was with Darcars which We were happy with the Salesman and the crew but something was different than when we were there before. Not the salesperson but the others seem different like we were not that important anymore. I am so sure this will not be the case here. I will tell everyone who has been to Darcars to try Jim Coleman you will see the difference. Friendly Family atmosphere. You will not be disappointed! One more thing. When I wanted to trade in my Rav4 I went to the dealership because I trusted them. I got a new Prius and I am thrilled with the vehicle and the financing. The sales staff are responsive without being overbearing. It was an easy decision to buy a new car there after getting my old one serviced at Coleman's for 5 years. Even the waiting room is comfortable (and the coffee is OK, too.) When I move to VA I will continue to get my car serviced at Coleman's in Bethesda because I trust the workmanship and the pricing. My wife and I bought a Toyota Avalon Hybrid through Peter Lee on Sunday. We actually set out with the intention of buying it from one of your competitors, but noticed online that you had an identical vehicl Lee on Sunday. Since Jim Coleman is more convenient than the competitor, we stopped in and Peter was able to deliver what we wanted. We enjoyed working with Peter. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured in any way. Peter also took a lot of time to thoroughly explain the vehicle to us, which was helpful to me because I'm technologically challenged. We had previously test driven an Avalon Hybrid at one of your other competitors, and the difference in knowledge between Peter and his counterpart at the other dealership was night and day. If we buy Toyotas in the future, we will come to Jim Coleman and ask for Peter. More
I bought 2014 Camry from Jim coleman, Daniel Smith helped me going through the process. Daniel is very professional, friendly, helpful person. I went through horrible experience with the people in Jim coleman toyota with my 2013 Corolla trying to get it repaired. I would like to suggest Daniel, but the overall dealership practice and customer service is extremely POOR. Just one person can't make things better. I would say DARCARS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP TO BUY CAR OR TO REPAIR YOUR DAMAGED CAR They will help you if you have any problems with your car they won't turn their backs on you!!!!! I hope Daniel goes somewhere else to work so I can send you friends and family who plans to buy a new car. More

We test drove both the Prius and Corolla together, and Brian spent a lot of time patiently explaining the features of each car to me. Ultimately, I decided to buy the 2014 Toyota Corolla Eco, and once again, Brian patiently explained all the high tech features of this car and made sure I understood all of them before driving the car off the lot. He was also very helpful to me when it came time to making decisions regarding the "extras" one can purchase with a new car, such as an extended warranty. I've had the car now for about 24 hours, and I just love it! I also feel comfortable knowing that should any questions come up, I can always call or stop by Jim Coleman to speak to Brian. He is a very knowledgeable salesperson and cares very much that his clients are satisfied. More
I spent over 3 months looking for just the right used vehicle (BMW X5 Diesel). I finally found one at Jim Coleman that was competitively priced and sent an internet query about it. I got a quick respon vehicle (BMW X5 Diesel). I finally found one at Jim Coleman that was competitively priced and sent an internet query about it. I got a quick response and then a follow up call from William Hoyas. I made an appointment to go in and take a look at the vehicle. I got there early (forgot I was going cross traffic) but William made himself available pretty quickly. We discussed the X5 for quite a while before I even did the test drive. Turned out he has a couple of BMWs and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about them. Lots of useful info! He was definitely a car enthusiast and was obviously really, really well informed on way more than just the BMWs. I would ask for him again if I went back for sure. I also talked to one of the finance guys that night (don't remember the name) because I was considering an extended warrantee. Normally these guys make me feel like I need to keep one hand on my wallet, but we had a great, low key, conversation and he gave me a lot of insight into the ins and outs of the extended warrantees. Again, very useful. Test drive was good so next step for me was to have my own mechanic go over it. That was no problem for Jim Coleman and they let me take it home that night and to my mechanic the next day. Got a really good report on the vehicle with 2 minor items (weak/Failing mirror motor, and tread on one tire kind of close to limit). I went back to seal the deal, but on the way back an engine light came on. I got there and they checked it out. Something with the emissions system. It cleared, but I was a bit hesitant at that point. I brought up the 2 issues from my mechanic and they worked with me a bit on the price to offset the issues so I could have my own mechanic do it instead of having to go out to Rockville again (long haul for me). For peace of mind on the emission check light, the manager wrote up a specific guarantee that they would cover it if it came back. We sealed the deal and I went back to finance to compete the paperwork. I didn't like the other finance guy as much as the first one, but he did not give me those awful vibes they usually do either. It was quick and easy and I was on my way. William called a few days later to check on how the vehicle was treating me and my satisfaction. Definitely good customer service and experience! Now we get to the part that really tells all. That emission check light DID come back on the next week. My mechanic checked it out, and it was stuck EGR valve. They spoke to the manager Patrick Coleman, and true to his word they handled the issue without complaint or issue! Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Kudos to Jim Coleman Toyota, William Hoyas and Patrick Coleman. I would definitely go back to them or send a friend there! Garrison More
