I walked in the main showroom and asked the lady at the front desk to have a salesman show me the 2015 Highlander, and I was very lucky that they got Everett for me! I was looking for a vehicle that would meet my specialized needs and Everett delivered BIG TIME! He proved to be highly knowledgeable and the entire process was VERY POSITIVE! If I remember correctly, he works Sunday through Saturday with Tuesdays off. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Everett Wells! More
They cannot register cars for DC residents I bought a car from this dealership in September 2014. I had to call them at least five times to push them to get my DC registration to me before the I bought a car from this dealership in September 2014. I had to call them at least five times to push them to get my DC registration to me before the temporary tags expired. They finally overnighted it to me at the last possible second. 8 months later I got a ticket for not having an inspection sticker. It seems they did not send me an inspection sticker with the registration. This dealer is 7 miles from DC but they could not get this transaction right. I would not use them again. More

I drove my little silver Toyota Yaris to the ground, given I am a busy DC social worker for the severely mentally ill and my car is essentially my office. I arrived thinking the dealership was going to fully repair my old Yaris. As your staff member Everette stated many times, "We'll make it like it's brand new." Your staff helped my parents plan a complete surprise birthday gift of purchasing a new 2015 Toyota Corolla. The staff worked their hardest to help my parents deliver this amazing surprise of a new car for my 31st birthday (a birthday I am fortunate to have reached, given I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 27), advocated for an amazing trade-in offer for my Yaris, and even put a red bow on top of my new Toyota Corolla (just like in the commercials). I thank everyone involved in this transaction, helping my family to give me an incredible gift that ensures I can continue to do my job and drive safely for many years to come. More
Another wonderful routine maintenance Ben Thurston always is on top of what the car requires beyond the scheduled maintenance. It makes me feel very safe to know that. Don't go here to service a Prius I took my 2008 Prius in to have the auxiliary battery checked/replaced and to complete 30000 mile service. Pros: 24 hour loaner car. My basic servi I took my 2008 Prius in to have the auxiliary battery checked/replaced and to complete 30000 mile service. Pros: 24 hour loaner car. My basic service ended up with another $1200 in "recommended" repairs that I agreed to. Since the service the performance of my vehicle is significantly declined (in MPG terms). I took the car back for a follow up inspection and was told everything was fine and yet my MPG is still 10 MPG less than before taking care in the first time. Never any follow up. Also the first person I spoke with in service center (silver team I believe) was just unbelievably rude and dismissive. I'd never go back here. More
