The undercoating we purchased, no paperwork from her about the warranty of coverage. President's Club Membership : The sales explained well the positive benefits of the club, but didn't mention the fine print about the rules and regulation i.e. #9 the membership will be expired in 5 years and the points have to be used before the expiration. I have to read through the fine print to find out. This information should be disclosed to consumer before the sales. After the Sales, Jim Coleman Toyota was nice to invite us to the "New Owner Clinic". Pretty informative session by the Service Director. Appreciated the food provided. Ivan gave some tips that we didn't know about the Entune Premium. John took my car to car wash to remove the chalk print left behind on my windshield is a nice guy and willingly to meet the satisfaction of his customer. Everyone works as a team. Well done! More
