His explanation of what is "on the outside" of the car came with a walk around the car and an explanation about how the cameras work. He then, took us on a test-drive and explained how the new technology "inside" the car works. He was clear, concise and educated us in a fashion that no other dealership was able to do. No heavy follow-up while we thought about the offer; no pressure to purchase extras and unnecessary add-ons. Ivan from Sales was very knowledgeable and provide thorough training on the new features and electronics. They were willing to work on pricing and a lease payment plan that suited us. To top it all off, a week after our purchase, I realize I had forgotten to remove my EasyPass transponder from our trade-in and Larry went to extra effort to track it down and return it to me.
