I was most impressed, though, with his knowledge about Toyotas and many other makes I was considering - Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, among others. Rather than just tout the positives of each car, he was open about the downsides each car. As a result, I had the utmost trust in him. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and my mother spoke with William whom she’s known at the dealership for a while. He was super attentive and courteous. He introduced us to one of his salesmen, Luis Romero who was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the models. We went for a test drive, started the paperwork (Luis even helped me shop auto insurance quotes!), and then met Troya from their finance dept. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the numbers/warranties etc. Overall these folks made the process hassle free and gave me a pleasant experience!
