They change the price of service each time you go. I was just charged $177 for an oil change and tire rotation and a different price just a few months ago. Wait times are a little long as well. The passenger side window on our 2015 Murano failed to come up. after 4 hours in waiting room I was told that the motor and window assembly needed to be replaced. Cost - ~$700.00. Parts not on hand, need come up. after 4 hours in waiting room I was told that the motor and window assembly needed to be replaced. Cost - ~$700.00. Parts not on hand, needed to be ordered. Parts arrived a week later, but it turned out that only a switch needed replacing - wrong parts had been ordered. I was refunded $322.00 but charged $232.00 for "diagnosing" and replacing the switch. The manager apologized for the weeks delay but not for the exorbitant charges for a simple problem - nor for the cost I incurred while waiting and having to use Lyft transportation. My impression? a confused one-horse operation which is best avoided. Caveat Emptor. More
