I dropped my car off on a Sunday for a service appt on Monday. I stood by the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. The dealership was okay. I got the Synthetic oil change & Multi-Point Inspection, but nobody mentioned my Air Bag & Tire light was on. When I picked up my car I could not ope I got the Synthetic oil change & Multi-Point Inspection, but nobody mentioned my Air Bag & Tire light was on. There’s no right person for the right working service for electric vehicles on time, no responsibility for customers,no punctuality,nothing they do for customers after the car is in service (i spent $600 ) f electric vehicles on time, no responsibility for customers,no punctuality,nothing they do for customers after the car is in service (i spent $600 ) for car rental due to my car in shop but no one inform when the vehicle is ready or not service,careless for customer expenses atleast they have to pay my rental expenses because they clumsy poor desrspect service,the worst guy Brian only responded one specialist so always busy b/c him in my life friend family i don’t like to see or buy any nissan or electric leaf.Tnx for the mangers his time and listening the situation even if he can don’t any thing only 1 person for electric car .i suggest pls do even think about to go service i take my car for service even manufacture call as they said it takes one day they never ever do anything at all just keep the car on park when i call how’s my car service going on there answer very unprofessional we don’t doing anything if you like u can get it or we will c what we can, then i take out my car after week they don’t do anything, they don’t call me why they keep 2week no notice me no texting no fixing car i am so unhappy and feel always mad and wasted my money and my time because their poor service and i don’t understand their service from this big company i rate them below 0. never ever don’t waste time and money to get service from this place.
