Friendly staff kept me informed I opted to wait for service to be completed rather than have the shuttle take me to work. Waiting area is comfortable and I was able to connect my lap I opted to wait for service to be completed rather than have the shuttle take me to work. Waiting area is comfortable and I was able to connect my laptop to the dealer's wireless network and accomplish quite a bit of work while I waited. The service representative had my car washed and vacuumed after the service was finished. More

Took Pilot in for airbag recall, Despite the fact that we had received several notices about the recall, I was dragging my feet in scheduling the work because I thought it was going t Despite the fact that we had received several notices about the recall, I was dragging my feet in scheduling the work because I thought it was going to be a huge inconvenience and would need to find a ride to and from the dealership, etc. I shouldn't have worried. From the minute I contacted the dealership, everyone I dealt with was friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I was able to schedule a drop off at a perfect time for me, was able to use a loaner car and get to work on time, and the work was done quickly and communication was great. I was able to return the loaner and pick up my car in a very timely manner in the afternoon and get to my evening activities. The process was smooth and easy. I really appreciate all of the help! But that was not the case with the Honda Civic I bought from Jim Coleman's dealership in Clarksville. When I had a problem in the dead of this winter, the gentleman who sold me the vehicle went the extra mile to see that the problem was resolved. His name is Dion Calloway. Dion came by my house to start my dead battery, led me to the service department, and on the return trip to my house (while the service people worked on my car), Dion took me by a Giant so I could buy food. Then he took me home. Next day the very pleasant and helpful service person named Vicki called to say the car was ready, Dion picked me up and took me to the dealership, and my car was returned in full working order. This is truly going the “extra mile.” I highly recommend this dealership. More
