Jim Coleman Honda

My experience with service department is not good. Most of the time, they will tell me some issues to pay money. I bought $0 copay tire insurance from Jim coleman and during repair their service department of the time, they will tell me some issues to pay money. I bought $0 copay tire insurance from Jim coleman and during repair their service department charge me $90. There is no correlation between there sales and service department. It took me almost 1 year to get money back. Now during service my car AC stop working, when I went to them then they told me to sign authorization for $600 just to check AC. I asked to give me estimate first as car is under 3 year warranty but they didnt check it without signing the authorization for $600. Its unfortunate that you need to go to dealership for car check under warranty else there will be much better place with better service elsewhere... More
