I needed to make a car purchase and was extremely pressed for time. Reached out via phone to make sure the car I was interested in was still there. It was and the manager assigned me a salesman prior to my a for time. Reached out via phone to make sure the car I was interested in was still there. It was and the manager assigned me a salesman prior to my arrival. Francis Kaus reached out to me via phone before my arrival which was a nice touch. Once I arrived, Francis was ready for me and had the vehicle out front ready to go. Did a little test drive and was sold. From that point on, it took about another hour to complete. The combination of management, Francis and Joe Procia made the process very seamless. I had a previous experience with Jim Coleman Cadillac which was very positive and it is obvious from my experience with Jim Coleman Honda that the entire organization is first rate. I would recommend Jim Coleman Automotive to anyone looking for a vehicle and a very positive experience. More
