Don't Waste Your Time- Dishonest, Overpriced and RUDE A complete waste of time and effort. I have visited this dealership on (3) three occasions because of the proximity to my home and i subsequently made A complete waste of time and effort. I have visited this dealership on (3) three occasions because of the proximity to my home and i subsequently made my purchases from another dealership. All three of my experiences were with pushy, lying dishonest salespersons and on the last occasion the sales manager was rude, looked me straight in the face and lied. Not only did they fail to deliver on a fair price they wasted my time and attempted to insult my intelligence with his fast-talking over-priced offers. Even after explaining my previous experiences to Greg and his promise to offer a fair and reasonable price, he still insisted on wasting my time with an offer that was no where near the prices from other dealerships. The trade-in offer for my two year old vehicle was $6000 less than other offers from other dealerships. To make matters worse, Kevin Cohan then lied like he misplaced my keys because the service department was evaluating my car and the car had not been moved or evaluated in the hours that we spent at the dealership. All three of experiences were similar and I experienced bad faith each and every time. I will never return and cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. More
DONT pass GO. DONT let them collect 1199 reconditioning fee! John is a sly NY salesman. He very confident at what he does- borderline cocky. He was able to get a lot of information out of me during our short test drive, and he remembered all those minor details when I returned to the dealership. I didn't let on that I knew why he asked the questions he did, but he was sly about it- it amused me. He won my business that day. He wasn't pushy at all. The car wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I came back a few days later to take a look at another one. When it came down to talking about the money, I took John to a number of websites with more competitive pricing. He called for his manager to come over. George- the manager- talked me out of the deal!!!!!! For about 10 minutes he ranted about the internet price being the MOST competitive. I told them if I wanted to pay sticker price, I would go to CarMax. LOL. He also brought printouts of other vehicles (all priced LESS than the one on his lot, mind you) - as if I had not done my research. The car was NOT competitively priced. We all knew it. He tried to distract me by giving me a brochure to look at, which I did not even glance at. Then he talked about his wife being dumb as a bag of rocks. (Well, she married him.. so yeah.) What did that have to do with the sales price of the car?? I was NOT amused. I put the keys back on the table. John called after I left the dealership with a lower price. I wasn't too interested in going back though. They needed to sweeten the deal even further. They lost my trust and business. Anyway, it boiled down to the dealer processing fee of $1199. I shouldn't have to pay for your work to repair a car you bought. If that's not what it covers, they did a poor job of explaining it. No other dealership that I've been to makes $1500 in fees on each sale ($1199 reconditioning PLUS $300 dealer processing?!?!?!). No thanks!! If you must buy from them, be sure to BRING YOUR OWN FINANCING (but don't tell them that!), DO YOUR HOMEWORK (have comparable offers).. and try to get out of that ridiculous "fee." More

UNTRUSTWORTHY- DO NOT USE Made a deal with them regarding a used car they were selling online. Ran my credit, told me what the monthly payments were going to be and said the car was mine. I gave them my credit card and authorized them to take out the deposit. A week later, I can't get in touch with them and the deposit had still not been taken out. Finally, I get a call back from the sales manager, John, informing me an "employee" wanted to buy the car. This shady, untrustworthy dealership sold the car they told me was mine, behind my back. Spoke to the owner who was equally as shady. Absolutely the worst place to do ANY business STAY AWAY. More
Not trustworthy We went to this dealership looking for a used CRV. When we arrived the sales person offered to show us used and new, but really emphasized the new. We test drove the new and then asked to see the used. When I asked about one of the cars on the internet that was listed "call for price" he said it was only for wholesalers to buy and not available to us. I asked about another and he said the same thing and that it was no for sale. (This is classic bait and switch technique and my first clue to their deceptive practices.) We then selected two used CRVs to look at which the salesperson could not find either on the lot. After about 20-30 minutes of looking the story was that they were both in service. The sales person and the manager than began to try and sell us a new CRV. Maybe the cars were in service or maybe they weren't. I still don't know. I just know they were only interested in selling me a new CRV. They also lied to me about the inventory of used cars. Even though they were willing to negotiate a good price with a bunch of add ons I didn't really want, I still didn't trust them. If you are looking for honesty in your sales person I would suggest going somewhere else. More
