As someone who has also worked in sales, I definitely appreciated Joe's laid back yet professional approach to my car buying experience. He went a long way to making sure that I was comfortable with my vehicle and talked to me about where I had been looking for an Accord. He spoke to me as a person and I never felt pressured to make a decision straight away, but I did when he was willing to compete with another dealers price when they had a similar car and offered less. Also, very few dealerships paid attention to my original inquiry that I could only talk through email correspondence. Joe actually took the time to read my email, discover that I could only talk through there, and respected that fact whereas many other dealerships sent call after call after call, paying no attention to customer service and only concerned with making a sale. Joe was a a great guy and I definitely recommend working with him for anyone in the Maryland area looking for a new or used Honda. Thanks again, Joe. More

Kean Thompson treated me with respect, despite my less than perfect credit history, and he gave me some valuable advice on the car buying experience and rebuilding my credit. I was given information at every point in the process. We'd previous been to several dealers looking for a new Civic EV-L and was told that they could get the car we wanted, only they could never produce the vehicle. We found Jim Coleman Honda because we were told that you had our car in the inventory. Having shopped around, my wife and I were already tired of the games and that other dealers play, and then we sat down with Theo and were pleasantly surprised by his "no crap" and honest sales approach. Theo worked with us on the cost to get us the best possible deal possible (leveraging our Costco membership) and secured the car. Because the car was a factory order, Theo called us week to week to give us an update. I was glad to see that Theo didn't mind using email and text messaging to get in touch with me also. The whole experience of buying our new red EX-L was a wonderful experience (except for the after market sales pitch, conducted by someone else and apparently something that JC insisted on). A week or so after picking up our new EX-L I decided we needed another vehicle (the first was my wife's car). So I contacted Theo and he was more than happy to sell me another civic - this time an EX. We made the deal on the second civic on a busy Saturday, and although my wife, kids, and I spent several hours at the dealership, Theo was upfront with the wait times and walked my wife and I through the sales process. Since securing the purchase of the second civic, I've spoken with Theo a few times - he followed up - and I met him at the dealership. At no point did I feel like yesterday's sale and Theo gave me the same time and consideration as he did when we first walked into the dealership. Theo is an asset to the sales staff and I'll definitely look for him when we look to buy our next Honda. More

Any complaint to them, they will threat to see you in court. They even can trespass your property, drive the car and dump in your driveway, leaving the key in your mailbox, to force you to take the car even you never tried and see it before. They can deny anything they promised as long as they have your signature. So if you really want to buy from them, have your lawyer and recorder with you to make the deal, in case you are trapped by them. More
