Horrible way to treat peopel I had the worst experience in the history of customer service at your dealership. My home is 3 miles from the dealership but I had no way of getting t I had the worst experience in the history of customer service at your dealership. My home is 3 miles from the dealership but I had no way of getting there. The used car manager called me and arranged for me to be picked up by the salesperson in the vehicle of interest. At no point did I ever state on the phone that I would be buying a vehicle whether or not he arranged for my pick up. Upon getting to the dealership, the salesperson and I eventually go back and forth with offers on the vehicle and then finally he gets the used car manager involved. The used car manager and I go back and forth but could not agree upon a sales price. We parted on a good note or so I thought. I noticed the salesperson’s disposition immediately change when no deal was made. I asked him if he was able to drive me back home. He went to go ask the manager who supposedly said “no”. I asked if there was anyone that could drive me home at which time the salesperson again acquired of his manager who said “no”. The salesperson stated because he allegedly had other appointments and because it is the last 2 days of the month. In addition, he stated he wasn’t driving me home because he and the manager thought I was going to buy a car today but didn’t (which was the real reason). The only way back to my home is to take Route 108 which has NO SIDEWALKS, is a very busy road and subsequently very dangerous for anyone to walk. I will do my best to DISCOURAGE ANY and EVERYONE reading this review or in normal conversation to NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with Jim Coleman Honda. There is NO EXCUSE to how I was treated when there was never any guarantee that I would buy a vehicle. Moreover, that is just not how you treat people when your slogan states “It Is Our Stated Policy ... To Treat ... Every Visitor ...To Our Dealership ... As An Honored Guest ... In Our Home ... EveryDay ... EveryTime ... Without Fail ... No Exceptions.” I guess I was the exception on this particular day. More
Great service Kean was my salesman and he was on top of everything. This is one of the few times in my life I didn't feel pressured into buying s car. He made sure Kean was my salesman and he was on top of everything. This is one of the few times in my life I didn't feel pressured into buying s car. He made sure I was comfortable and that I was getting what I wanted. I was even impressed with the finance department. The day after I bought the car he did a follow up call to congratulate me on my purchase. I will be sending anyone who needs a car to him. Overall the customer service was pretty good. More
AH-MAZE-ING Let me just start off by saying the Columbia Auto Park is huge. There are so many different dealerships to pick from, and I am happy I ended up here. Side note: do NOT go to Antwerpen Toyota in the same park. One word, God awful. Anyways rant over, back to the good stuff. I got there not knowing a thing about car buying as I am 18 and this was my first car. I was immediately greeted by Kean who was like a angel on earth. He sold me a 2011 Honda CR-V in about 10 minutes. He was so sweet and so honest about everything. Joe, who does the financing, also did an amazing job. They were so willing to help, and extremely accommodative. In fact, my mother is going to go back there to purchase a new car as well. Kean and Joe, if youre reading this, thanks so much, and thanks for your help and your honesty. You made buying my first car and brilliant experience I will never forget, and I cant thank you guys enough! More
Mostly Positive Buying Experience My wife and I had been searching for a used Honda Odyssey for a few months before catching one at Jim Coleman the day it was posted online. After spea My wife and I had been searching for a used Honda Odyssey for a few months before catching one at Jim Coleman the day it was posted online. After speaking with Joshua, we had decided to make the 1 hour and 40 minute trip to the dealership. He told us the vehicle was in top top shape. We were pleased with the condition of the van, however there were scrapes and nicks on the bumper that hadn't been taken care of prior to us coming, and we weren't aware they were there. I was shocked at first. The vehicle was being sold as "reconditioned" but there was this eye sore on the back bumper. They offered for us to come back and have it painted or to just come pick up the van later, but given the distance we travelled to purchase it, we weren't thrilled with that option. Fortunately Josh and his sales manager as well as Richmond Lee were able to get the price down for us to where we were happy with it and could take care of the bumper on our own. More

I was treated great by everyone and esp I had a plan to purchase a Honda CR-V at another dealership but went to Jim Coleman just to check things out. I was treated great by everyone and especially Dion Calloway who was very friendly. I had an appointment with someone else a Jim Coleman but I was very late so he had already left for the evening. Dion stepped up and helped me. He got me the exact car I was looking for and after test driving the CR-V, negotiating price, I actually got a better price than I expected. Of course I purchased the car that evening. If it wouldn't have been Dion's consultative approach and non-"Car Salesman" style I would have left and purchased the car from the first dealership I dealt with. Thanks Dion! More
